Red brick, uneven floors, plenty to do.
We are fixing up an 1870 Victorian in Richmond. The goal is to keep what makes it old and get rid of what just makes it annoying.

Six feet wide and somehow full of problems
We lowered the floor, repaired years of water damage, and fit a 48 × 42-inch shower into a bathroom that is roughly 5.8 × 6.8 feet.
